Do I need to provide any of my own items?
If I'm traveling to your home, I bring everything I will need for treatment. Table, sheets, oils.. etc. The only thing we ask if for a space to be available in your home big enough to fit a massage table. If you have any allergies or are sensitive to certain scents or detergents then you are also more then welcome to supply your own sheets. We also will bring music but if you would like to play your own that is always an option!
Do you offer same day appointments?
Booking in advance is always recommended, but we do have a cancelation list we can add you to if you would like to get in sooner.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of other patients, please call or text 780-721-6816 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. We deeply appreciate your understanding on this matter!
